World acclaimed guitarist Luigi Tessarollo will be holding a guitar masterclass at the Euro Institute of Music Hamrun on Friday 13th September till Saturday 14th September.
Luigi is a prominent figure in the Italian jazz scene, has performed in U.S.A. (New York and Boston), in Europe and in the most important Italian and European Jazz Festivals.
Classes are going to be divided into two groups the 1st one is for Beginners to intermediate level and the 2nd class is for advanced players.
1st Course Intermediate level Friday 5pm till 630

2nd Course Advanced Friday 6.30 till 8pm
Typical and representative tunes of the jazz literature with( containing) most used ,standard harmonic sequence
Jazz improvisation, Harmony, rhythm and scales
1st course Intermediate Saturday 9.30-10.30
Various styles and genres associated with Jazz (Blues,Funk, Bossa
2nd Course Advanced Saturday 10.30- 11.30
Playing outside by using tensions.
